What does good listening look like?

It’s a trick question. Good listening isn’t a one-size-fits-all model. It’s a complex process that changes with every situation. Good listening during a lecture looks a lot different from good listening during an argument! I’ve dedicated my professional life to the study and promotion of listening and the vital role it plays in our lives. My goal is to inspire others to cultivate our most used, yet least trained, soft skill.
